The Challenge

New customer journey for digitalized communities

Our new customer journey was a major change for employees. Therefore, we needed to demonstrate both how the process works and what the vision is: the the fully digitalized city of tomorrow.

The Solution

Everyone loves exploring a picture with lots of detail. That’s why it made sense to take up the theme of the AKDB and depict a hypermodern city. The monorail travels between the individual stations of the CX. The large buildings, such as the congress hall, the store, or the Ferris wheel, symbolize the individual process steps.

The Result

More than just a simple process diagram: a vision for the future.

The 3D city model for AKDB’s sales team helped them grasp the new process at a glance. But it also vividly illustrated the overarching vision: to make cities and communities fit for the future.
